Barclays cuts five-year fixed rates by up to 0.30%
90% LTV products have seen the largest reductions.
Barclays is reducing rates across its five-year fixed rate residential mortgages by up to 0.30%.
Available from tomorrow, the lowest five-year fixed rate is now at 3.81% for a Premier product at 60% LTV. The standard £899 fee rate is down by 16bps to 3.82% and a fee-free product is available at 3.92%.
75% LTV five-year fixes have reduced by up to 21bps, now starting from 3.90% with an £899 fee and 4.00% fee-free.
At 80% LTV, a five-year fix has reduced by 20bps to 4.08% with no product fee.
85% LTV five-year rates now start from 4.03% with a fee and 4.12% fee-free.
90% LTV rates have seen some of the largest reductions, with a fee-free product down by 30bps to 4.35%. A Premier product at 90% LTV has decreased to 4.22% and a standard £899 fee rate is down to 4.27%.
At 95% LTV, a fee-free five-year fix is down to 4.71%.
Barclays has also reduced five-year fixed rates across its Green Home range by up to 17bps, with 60% LTV rates now starting from 3.72%, 75% LTV products from 3.80%, 85% LTV rates from 3.93%, and 90% LTV rates from 4.17%.
