Avamore promotes Sabinder Robinson-Sandhu to operations director
Avamore Capital has promoted Sabinder Robinson-Sandhu to its board as director of operations.
"In my time with the business I have worked closely with her and I look forward to seeing what she will bring to the company in the future."
Sabinder has been with the company for almost five years working on a cross section of the business, most recently heading up both the operations and marketing functions.
Sabinder leads Avamore’s ESG plans, and Avamore says her new role will enable it to continue to make progress in this space.
Sabinder commented: “The promotion to director of operations is a huge milestone in my career. I met Avamore working for a marketing agency in 2016 and even back then, I had a sense of what could be achieved within the business. After joining full-time in 2018 I could see the opportunity to shape your own pathway in a growing company. The co-founders and senior leadership have always been clear that Avamore’s greatest asset is their people and for me this progression epitomises the trust, empowerment and faith which the board has always placed in those it chooses to hire.
"Over the coming months and years, I have two key focuses; externally, it is to ensure that Avamore operations are customer focused, aimed at creating an outstanding user experience and internally, it is to maintain a positive working environment with a strong sense of company culture.”
D'mitri Zaprzala, CEO, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Sabinder to the board of directors. She fully deserves this promotion following many years of exceptional work. In my time with the business I have worked closely with her and I look forward to seeing what she will bring to the company in the future.”
