Assetz Capital strengthens team with new relationship director

In her new role, Sinead will be working directly with developers in addition to broker contacts, helping deliver Assetz Capital’s development finance, commercial mortgages, and bridging solutions to their borrower clients.

Operating out of Cheshire, Sinead will be working as part of the company’s UK north team directed by regional director Andrew Fraser.

Sinead brings extensive specialist development lending experience into the role, joining from Acre Lane Capital where she was sales director and following four years as head of sales at Mint Bridging.

Sinead commented: "I’m delighted to be joining the team at Assetz Capital and I’m really looking forward to working with all of my brokers and national housebuilder clients. The growth plans are really exciting, and I share the ambition - I can’t wait to get started."
