Assetz Capital appoints new North West and London BDMs
The pair will join Lloyd Whiting within Assetz’s existing new business team.
Assetz Capital has appointed two new business development managers across its North West and London teams.
Across its North West operations, Georgia Peach joins the team with a strong background in financial services, business development, sales and client relationship management. Georgia will be focused on supporting clients across areas including Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales.
Georgia said: “I’ve always been a people person and have built my career around creating strong relationships, helping others and delivering great results. I’m now excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm into the property finance sector, helping SME housebuilders to navigate through the finance journey with confidence and, ultimately, unlock additional housing across the region.”
Alongside Georgia, Joe Reynolds joins Assetz Capital across its London operations. With experience in sales as an estate agent, Joe spent the last 18 months as a BDM at Octopus Capital, specialising in bridging, buy-to-let and refurbishment loans.
The pair will join Lloyd Whiting within Assetz’s existing new business team, ensuring full coverage across the UK regions.
Joe’s appointment also comes at a time of continued investment in Assetz’s London team, having recently appointed Hans Laud-Anderson and Callum Ferguson as relationship directors covering London and the South East.
Joe commented: “Having spent my career in the property sector, I’ve seen on both sides how important certainty is for SME housebuilders looking for finance. At Assetz, I’m keen to build on this experience, taking on larger and more complex funding opportunities across London. It will also be an opportunity for me to meet more clients, and I’m looking forward to providing guidance and support to SME developers.”
Jake Hiskett, new business director at Assetz Capital, added: “It’s great to welcome Georgia to Assetz Capital. Her professionalism and extensive experience will play a key role in strengthening our presence across the North West, ensuring we can support even more SME housebuilders to bring homes to site with confidence and certainty.
“Joe’s strong background in commercial and property lending are a real asset to the team, bringing with him valuable market knowledge and a commitment to supporting clients. These will be essential to help us continue growing our London offering, having made a number of other appointments in the city recently. This is about ensuring we have the right people in the regions where our clients need us most, helping to unlock developments across the UK.”
