Ashley Ilsen leaves Regentsmead to launch new development funder
Ashley Ilsen, formerly CMO and Head of Lending at Regentsmead has today announced that he has left the company in order to launch a new development finance lender.
Further details of the launch, including funding partners, will be forthcoming. The launch is set for spring 2018.
Ilsen commented:
“It’s been an amazing five years at Regentsmead, after being given the opportunity to work my way up through the business and head up the lending department, alongside Sam Howard. I will have nothing but fond memories of my time at Regentsmead, however I think now is the time for a fresh challenge.”
“With some exciting finance partners lined up this will enable the new company to create a unique offering into the development finance market; a sector I believe is lacking in overall quality. The new source of capital will allow us to offer extremely competitive funding, twinned with a highly experienced team and dynamic development finance products.”
