Ashley Ilsen leaves Regentsmead to launch new development funder

Further details of the launch, including funding partners, will be forthcoming. The launch is set for spring 2018.

Ilsen commented:

“It’s been an amazing five years at Regentsmead, after being given the opportunity to work my way up through the business and head up the lending department, alongside Sam Howard. I will have nothing but fond memories of my time at Regentsmead, however I think now is the time for a fresh challenge.”

The new source of capital will allow us to offer extremely competitive funding, twinned with a highly experienced team and dynamic development finance products.”
