Anderson, Wilde & Harris joins the ASTL
Chartered surveyor Anderson, Wilde & Harris has become the latest firm to become an associate member of The Association of Short Term Lenders.
"The lending landscape has changed significantly over the last decade, with short-term lending at the forefront of many development, property investment and corporate strategies."
Anderson, Wilde & Harris provides valuation and building surveying services to London and the Home Counties.
Its services include valuation, project management & monitoring, landlord & tenant rent reviews and lease extensions, rights of light and daylight sunlight reports, building surveying services and expert witness reports.
Jamie Chamberlain, business development manager at Anderson, Wilde & Harris, commented: “The lending landscape has changed significantly over the last decade, with short-term lending at the forefront of many development, property investment and corporate strategies.
