Alternative Bridging strengthens broker support team
Charlotte will act as a key point of contact for brokers, helping them manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
Alternative Bridging Corporation has recruited Charlotte Wilson as internal business development manager, strengthening it support for brokers across the UK.
Based in the lender’s Manchester office, Charlotte will work closely with brokers to support case progression, provide clear guidance on criteria and help place more complex cases.
Charlotte joins Alternative Bridging with more than nine years’ experience in financial services, with a strong background in specialist lending, intermediary sales and telephony-based business development.
Alternative Bridging Corporation provides specialist lending solutions including bridging loans, development finance and term lending for residential and commercial property.
Paul Gavin, head of sales at Alternative Bridging Corporation, commented: “Charlotte’s appointment strengthens our ability to support brokers at every stage of the process, particularly when it comes to more complex or time-sensitive cases.
“She brings a strong understanding of how brokers work day-to-day, alongside hands-on experience of supporting cases through to completion. That combination is important, because it means brokers can pick up the phone and speak to someone who understands both the details of the case and the pressures around it. As we continue to grow, maintaining that level of accessible and knowledgeable support remains a key focus for us.”
Charlotte Wilson said: “What stood out to me about Alternative Bridging was its approach to working with brokers and the emphasis placed on being responsive, practical and easy to deal with.
“Having worked closely with intermediaries for a number of years, I understand how important it is to have that reliable point of contact, particularly when dealing with more complex scenarios. I am looking forward to building those relationships and supporting brokers.”
