Alternative Bridging Corporation has expanded its sales operation with the appointment of a new internal business development manager.
Nasreen Khan joins the specialist short-term lender from Generation Home and will cover London and the South East of England.
Nasreen has over seven years’ experience in the financial services sector, starting out as an apprentice cashier at Lloyds Banking Group. During her time there she also held the roles of banking consultant and mortgage & protection adviser, gaining her CeMAP in 2019.
In 2021 she joined Just Mortgages as a mortgage and protection adviser, before moving to Generation Home as a mortgage adviser. She was subsequently promoted to the position of BDM, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with new and existing stakeholders, key principals, firm owners, and mortgage brokers by presenting the lender’s key USPs via webinars or face-to-face.
Nasreen Khan commented: “I am really looking forward to joining the Alternative Bridging team. I always strive to ensure my clients are provided with a service that exceeds their initial expectations, in turn keeping them at the heart of everything I do. I’m therefore delighted to be starting at a lender which has such a positive reputation in the market for great service and strong broker relationships.”
Paul Gavin, head of sales at Alternative Bridging Corporation, added: “I’d like to welcome Nasreen to the business development team at Alternative Bridging. She has a real track record in resolving complex issues as well as demonstrating dedication to excellence and being a huge motivator to colleagues. These qualities will ensure that we continue to grow our business volumes in London and the South East.”
