Alternative Bridging appoints new case manager
Alternative Bridging Corporation has bolstered its support function with the appointment of a new case manager.
"In her previous role she proved she could deal with managing multiple cases at once which will be vital at Alternative Bridging"
Radhika Patel joins the specialist short-term property finance lender from Berkhamsted-based mortgage brokerage, TORC24 Mortgage Brokers.
Radhika has worked in financial services sector for 18 months, after gaining a first class honours degree from the University of London.
During her time at TORC24 she progressed from being an administrative assistant to mortgage administrator and helpline specialist.
Radhika Patel commented: “I am delighted to join such an established firm as Alternative Bridging; the fact that it has been in the market for 30 years is testament to its successful way of doing things and I can’t wait to support brokers with their cases.”
James Bloom, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation, added: “We’re really pleased that Radhika has joined our ever-expanding service function. In her previous role she proved she could deal with managing multiple cases at once which will be vital at Alternative Bridging where we have a constant stream of bridging and commercial finance cases in progress at any one time.
“Her appointment follows the addition of Divya Patel to the case management team in February and highlights the consistent growth in business at Alternative Bridging.”
