Alternative Bridging enhances broker support team
Alternative Bridging Corporation announced today that it has promoted Phodis Maratheftis to a Business Development Manager.
Phodis will assist Mike Jones, Business Development Director in securing new and profitable business in the London and SE region.
Phodis joined Alternative in February 2016 as an internal BDM providing back up and support to the Business Development team focusing on key accounts.
Laurel Davey, who joined the company in January 2017 as PA to Alternative’s regional BDMs, will now provide this support and seamless communication between our brokers and our underwriting team – invaluable liaison for brokers and their clients.
Previously Laurel worked at CBRE the real estate services firm and new homes seller Site Sales Marketing as a personal assistant/office manager.
Jonathan Rubins, CEO at Alternative Bridging commented:
“This is a well-deserved promotion enabling our brokers to benefit both from Phodis’ insight and experience, gained as Internal BDM, and the ongoing internal liaison provided by Laurel. As always, the continuing development and support of our broker relationships is key to the growth of our business.”
