Phodis will provide specific back up and support to the Business Development team focusing on key accounts. His previous experience working in mortgage packaging means he is well versed in the requirements of the broking community.
Jonathan Rubins, chief executive officer at Alternative Bridging commented:
“Phodis' apppointment underlines our continued commitment to our introducers. As Alternative Bridging grows and our sales team increase the number of brokers we are working with, it became clear that we required assistance in supporting the sales team. Phodis will provide an invaluable link between key brokers and our underwriting team allowing outstanding issues to be followed up without any outside interruptions. Equally he will provide an instant link to credit for a swift decision if a specific development director cannot be located. We are delighted to have him on board.”
Last month Alternative Bridging moved into new offices in Borehamwood to accommodate the company’s further growth.
