Aldermore launches webinar support for asset finance brokers
Aldermore bank has launched ‘Aldermore Connect’ – a series of regular webinars that will be held live and on demand so that asset finance brokers can be fully equipped to provide the best support for SMEs across the UK.
"Our focus is to continue to support brokers so that they can be fully equipped to provide the best support for SMEs across the UK and help us to deliver exceptional broker experiences."
Aldermore ran a series of webinars throughout June, July and August covering topics such as Asset Backer – Aldermore’s online portal and fraud awareness. In response to positive feedback it has developed further content to support brokers by giving them access to its in-house experts on a more regular basis.
Aldermore is launching the following modules as the first in the Aldermore Connect series. All Aldermore brokers can expect invitations to these sessions in the coming days:
• Asset finance products – will give brokers a refresher on the products that we offer as well as discussing the importance of selecting the right product for the customer. It will discuss the implications these choices have on documentation selection and end of term treatment.
• Credit guidance – will give brokers a detailed session on Aldermore’s approach to underwriting to give a thorough insight to what we look for when assessing all deal proposals.
Lee Rhodes, commercial director at Aldermore, said: “Our focus is to continue to support brokers so that they can be fully equipped to provide the best support for SMEs across the UK and help us to deliver exceptional broker experiences.
"We’re delighted to have welcomed over 500 attendees to our webinar sessions during these unprecedented times and we’ve taken on board feedback from brokers to offer a series of ongoing, tailored and on demand webinars. As such, we’re pleased to launch Aldermore Connect as a result of the continuously high attendance to our webinar sessions.”
