Aldermore has announced the launch of new limited edition buy-to-let products.
The following rates are available immediately, with the limited editions priced at 0.20% below the core range.
For individuals and companies with single residential investment properties, two-year fixed rates are available from 5.89% at 75% LTV with a £1,999 fee and 6.09% fee-free.
Portfolio landlord equivalents are available at 5.84% with a £1,999 fee and 6.04% fee-free.
In addition, a two-year fixed rate product switch has launched at 6.39% up to 70% LTV with no fee.
In recent weeks, Aldermore unveiled a new five tier cascade lending approach, designed to help brokers find solutions for more customers whose circumstances may not fit traditional high street criteria, such as first-time buyers, self employed applicants, contractors and customers with complex income.
Jon Cooper, director of mortgages at Aldermore, commented: “These latest changes demonstrate our ongoing commitment to supporting brokers and their clients. We're focused on maintaining a competitive proposition, backed by the service and flexibility brokers value. As the market evolves, we'll continue to invest in the areas that help brokers to succeed.”
