The lender has also reduced rates for existing landlord customers looking to product switch.
Aldermore has launched new zero fee limited edition mortgage products for landlords, alongside reduced rates for existing landlord customers looking to product switch.
The new fee-free buy-to-let range includes a two-year fixed rate at 5.39% and a five-year fix at 5.22%, available up to 75% LTV.
For portfolio landlords, a two-year fix has launched at 5.34% and a five-year fix at 5.17%.
For existing buy-to-let borrowers looking to product switch, rates have reduced by up to 0.20%. A two-year fixed rate at 85% LTV is down to 5.69% and a five-year fix has reduced to 5.52%.
Jon Cooper, director of mortgages at Aldermore, commented: “These limited editions give brokers and their clients greater choice and value. At Aldermore, we back people to go for it. That’s why we’ve enhanced our criteria whilst reducing rates on several occasions in recent months, both for landlords as well as owner occupiers looking to buy their first home or move up the property ladder.”
