Aldermore launches limited edition residential and buy-to-let rates

Aldermore has launched new limited edition products across its residential and buy-to-let ranges.
For new residential customers, Aldermore has launched new high-LTV level 1 two-year fixed rates, available at 6.43% up to 90% LTV and 6.79% up to 95% LTV, both fee-free.
In its level 2 range, a two-year fix has launched at 6.92%, available up to 90% LTV with no fee.
Aldermore is also extending its level 1 remortgage-only cashback range, now available on two and three-year fixed products at 65%, 85%, and 90% LTV.
In its buy-to-let range, the lender has launched new five-year fixed rates, available from 5.34% at 75% LTV for individual and company landlords and 5.29% for portfolio landlords. Both products come with no fees.
For HMOs and multi unit freehold, including multi property, a new five-year fix has launched at 4.64% at 75% LTV with a 5% fee and free valuation.
