Aldermore funds growth with £1.4m invoice discounting
Aldermore Bank has agreed a new £1.4 million invoice discounting facility with Ntegra Limited, an independent IT consultancy and managed services organisation based in Newbury, Berkshire, to facilitate future growth.
Ntegra offers Digital and IT technical solutions to clients across numerous sectors including telecommunications, IT, financial services and education, and has worked with companies as diverse as Vodafone, Primark, Dentsu Aegis and the University of Reading.
The funding from Aldermore will enable Ntegra to continue its impressive growth, and in particular realise its ambitions to diversify across sectors and to develop and grow Ntegra Greenside.
Andy Jefferies, Chief Executive Officer at Ntegra, said:
“We have an excellent track record of introducing and embedding enterprise IT into blue chip companies looking for innovative solutions as well as for educational institutions – just one of the sectors in which we hope to expand our presence. Our experience has enabled us to develop a good understanding of what clients need and how to exploit it, and we need to invest in our propositions and in our new clients to transpose this knowledge effectively.
“This new funding will support us in our growth plans. We chose Aldermore as they offered a more flexible and straightforward approach than our previous lender. In addition, they have proved that they really understand how to tailor their business solutions to meet our specific needs.”
Steve Kilby, Business Development Manager at Aldermore Invoice Finance, said:
“We have been deeply impressed with what Ntegra has achieved in the thirteen years since it was established. The company has a strong and experienced management team, as well as high levels of external investment which will underpin the long-term success of the company. We are looking forward to helping them to continue their growth story.”
