Adviser roadshows see cross-sector revamp for 2024
The events will now fall under one brand - the Financial Reporter Roadshows.

Financial Reporter’s adviser roadshows, which travel across the UK bringing advisers and lenders together, are to see a new format for 2024.
In response to adviser feedback, the events – which were previously separated out by sector, with the Specialist Lending Roadshow, Buy-to-Let Roadshow, Later Life Lending Roadshow and others – will now simply fall under one brand - the Financial Reporter Roadshows - and will cover a cross-section of topics.
Each event will still feature up to six lenders or providers, but the new-look format will see each event include different speakers from different sectors to provide variety for attending advisers.
There will over 40 dates on the Financial Reporter Roadshow calendar for 2024, spanning 40 different locations across the UK, and advisers will be able to earn CPD hours, network and do business with firms from the specialist lending, later life, buy-to-let and other sectors.
To see the dates for 2024’s Financial Reporter Roadshow events and to pre-register for any event, visit https://financialreporterevents.co.uk/. Businesses interested in speaking at any of the 2024 Financial Reporter Roadshow events should contact James Lucas on james@barcadiamedia.co.uk.
James Lucas, Barcadia Media director, said: “This is a significant shake-up to the way we’ve previously done roadshows: before we focused on topics to allow advisers to really dig down into a particular type of lending. However, we had feedback from advisers that – especially while the market is so tumultuous – an all-round approach would provide the best use of their time.
“We’re happy to have taken that on board and given advisers an event truly catered to their needs: the Financial Reporter Roadshows will now allow brokers to learn and do business in multiple areas, while maintaining that opportunity to catch up with other members of the intermediary community over a cup of coffee.
“We’re looking forward to getting on the road again in 2024 and hope to see plenty of you there!”
