The new proposition offers clients access to the full workplace solution across five key areas tailored to support their business: Workplace Protection, Workplace Pensions, Workplace Benefits, Workplace Education and Workplace Advice.
The Workplace Pension solution sits at the heart of the proposition, and this will help plug 96% of the mass corporate market that have yet to stage, and 80% of employees who are not satisfied with the efforts of their employer when it comes to managing their finances. Continuum’s award-wining Client Education Programme is also a key feature of their offer, and reflects their knowledge sharing commitment to help their customers be aware of the issues that could affect their wealth.
Martin Brown, Managing Partner and Founder, Continuum, comments:
“We’ve carried out a significant amount of due diligence to ensure the workplace offering is both attractive, and also offers real value to both the employer and employee. We recognised that the world of finance is rarely straightforward, and for businesses it can be especially complex. With auto-enrolment, business owners now not only need to consider their own financial position, but also that of their employees. Dealing with these issues can become a real distraction from the important work of running the business.
“Our one-stop-shop solution effectively does the legwork for them, so they can concentrate on the businesses’ bottom line. We believe we’ve filled a gap in the market, and expect to hit the ground running with our workplace proposition for corporate businesses and SMEs.”
