Accord reduces buy-to-let remortgage rates
The lender has launched a sub-4% remortgage rate at 75% LTV.
Accord Mortgages is reducing rates on its buy-to range by up to 0.10%.
The changes apply to two-year fixes, with rates on remortgage products up to 75% LTV decreasing by 0.10% and 65% LTV rates down by 0.03%.
Available from tomorrow, remortgage rates at 75% LTV have reduced to 3.93% with a £1,995 fee and 4.08% with a £995 fee, both with a free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.
Cheryl Bleasdale, mortgage product manager at Accord, said: “We’re so pleased to take this opportunity, driven by a recent decrease in market interest rates, to further improve the competitiveness of our buy-to-let range, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value wherever possible to our brokers and their landlord clients”.
