Accord reduces all residential fixed rates

Accord Mortgages has reduced rates on its residential new business product range.
The range refresh sees reductions of 0.10% applied to all of the lender’s fixed rate mortgage products available for new business.
This includes the lender’s £5K Deposit Mortgage, designed to enable borrowers to purchase a property valued up to £500,000 with just a £5,000 deposit. A fee-free five-year fixed rate has reduced to 6.78% in the range.
Elsewhere, a fee-free two-year fix at 90% LTV is down to 5.90% and comes with £300 cashback, while a five-year fixed rate remortgage product at 65% LTV has decreased to 5.25% with a £1,495 fee and £500 cashback.
