Accord cuts residential and buy-to-let rates by up to 0.46%

Products across a wide range of LTV and product terms have been reduced by up to 45bps.

Accord Mortgages is cutting rates across its residential and buy-to-let product ranges.

From Monday 8th June, changes for the lender’s residential range include reductions across the board. Products across a wide range of LTV and product terms have been reduced by up to 0.46%. Accord has also added new products for borrowers remortgaging with a larger deposit up to 65% LTV, which start from 4.67%.

Highlights include a 90% LTV two-year fix for first-time buyers, down to 5.17% with a £495 fee and £500 cashback.

A five-year fix at 85% LTV has reduced by 31bps to 4.69% with a £1,495 fee.

For remortgage, a two-year fix at 75% LTV is down by 46bps to 4.71% with a £1,495 fee and £500 cashback.

For landlord clients, two-year fixed buy-to-let products have been reduced by up to 0.30%, while three-year are down by up to 0.25%. For those seeking longer-term certainty, five-year fixed rates also been reduced by up to 0.22%.

Buy-to-let highlights include a fee-free two-year fix at 5.32% for house purchasers at 75% LTV.

For remortgage, a two-year fix is down to 4.87% at 60% LTV with a £995 fee, and a five-year fix at 75% LTV has also reduced to 4.87% with a £3,495 fee.

All products come with a free standard valuation.
