Accord cuts buy-to-let rates by up to 0.43%
The biggest changes affect selected products available for house purchase up to 80% LTV.
Accord Mortgages has reduced rates on its buy-to-let range, supporting landlords with smaller deposits.
The biggest changes affect selected products available for house purchase up to 80% LTV and include reductions of up to 0.43% on two-year fixes, with five-year rates dropping by up to 0.23%.
For landlords with a 25% deposit or more, rates reduce by up to 0.07% on two-year fixes and by up to 0.04% on five-year rates.
Available from tomorrow, highlights of the range refresh include an 80% LTV two-year fixed rate at 6.02%, down by 43bps. A five-year fix at 80% LTV has also reduced by 23bps to 6.08%. Both products come with a £995 fee and free standard valuation.
The reductions to Accord's buy-to-let rates follow decreases across its residential mortgage range earlier this week.
Jeremy Duncombe, managing director for Accord Mortgages, said: “We’re delighted to enhance our buy-to-let offering, particularly for landlords with smaller deposits.
“Brokers play a vital role in helping landlords to make informed decisions, and these changes are designed to give them even greater choice and value to support their clients.”
