Access FS adds 3mc to mortgage panel
Access FS expands mortgage panel with 3mc for enhanced adviser flexibility in complex residential and buy-to-let cases.
Access Financial Services has added 3mc to its mortgage panel.
The mortgage and protection brokerage’s deal with 3mc will see the packager added as an option for residential mortgage and buy-to-let deals to help advisers with more complex cases.
In October, Access FS launched its own specialist packager to focus on second charge, bridging loans, commercial mortgages and development finance.
Access FS says the aim is to give its advisers a choice between using internal resources – via the Access All Areas referra scheme – or an external option.
Nick Jones, sales and mortgage director at Access FS, said: “We suspected that having the option of using an external packager might appeal to the sort of sophisticated, experienced advisers we work with now and who want to recruit in the future. We aim to embrace the way they want to work and help them grow. So, we spoke to our advisers about who they’ve dealt in the past and who they would recommend. Having engaged with our brokers, we listened to them: they told us they wanted to work with 3mc and we’ve made that happen.”
Michelle Tidman, director at 3mc, added: “3mc is delighted to be working with the Access FS team and looking forward to providing some assistance to their brokers. Our specialist mortgage desk is ready and waiting.”
