3mc to distribute Paragon's Premier BTL range
Mortgage distributor 3mc has become a distributor of Paragon’s Premier range of buy-to-let mortgages.

The Premier product range, which is available from 3mc on a packaged basis only, includes 3-year fixed rates from 3.55% and trackers from 4%, available up to 80%. Paragon will consider limited company applications where they are not the sole funder. The maximum age of applicant is 85 years, and the maximum portfolio size is £10 million.
The products have a proc fee of 0.5% and reduced processing fee for 3mc brokers of £95.
