365 Finance appoints head of credit to spearhead growth plans
Singh joins 365 Finance from Virgin Money.

SME lender, 365 Finance, has appointed Jagriti Singh as head of credit.
Singh brings over ten years of expertise in advanced analytics, credit strategy, and risk management, to support the company's growth trajectory as it scales towards £200 million in annual originations.
Singh joins 365 Finance from Virgin Money, where she served as head of risk analytics strategy, establishing and leading a team of specialists to centralise modelling initiatives across the bank's 150-strong model risk function. In this role, she spearheaded some of the bank’s biggest change programmes, including transformation of data aggregation and reporting practices, while driving efficiency through automation and regulatory compliance.
Prior to Virgin Money, Singh spent six years at McKinsey & Company as a risk expert, where she led transformational projects for financial institutions across Europe. Her achievements include developing AI-powered credit frameworks that enabled multi-million-dollar lending for European banking clients, creating NLP-based transaction classifiers for enhanced credit scoring, and designing monitoring frameworks for prime hedge fund portfolios exceeding $300 billion in gross market value.
