TMG Mortgage Network adds Gable Mortgages to panel
The lender launched its 100% LTV mortgage range earlier this month.
TMG Mortgage Network has added Gable Mortgages to its lender panel.
Gable Mortgages has entered the UK mortgage market with a focus on supporting borrowers who may be underserved by traditional lending models, particularly first-time buyers, key workers, home movers with limited equity and customers struggling to accumulate a deposit.
The lender's proposition includes 100% LTV mortgage solutions, helping advisers support clients who may previously have faced significant barriers to homeownership.
Gable launched its zero-deposit mortgage range earlier this month, including products tailored to both standard residential purchases and selected new-build homes.
Danny Belton, head of TMG Club and partner strategy at TMG Mortgage Network, commented: "At TMG we are continually looking for new lenders that offer new and exciting solutions for our customers looking to get onto the housing ladder. The addition of Gable Mortgages provides advisers with access to a genuinely different proposition that can help address one of the biggest challenges facing today's housing market: saving for a deposit."
Lisa Crane, mortgage operations director at Gable Mortgages, said: “We’re delighted to work with TMG to bring Gable’s new 100% mortgage to its adviser network. TMG’s commitment to supporting advisers and delivering positive outcomes for customers makes it an ideal partner for this launch, helping more first-time buyers who can afford the monthly repayments but may not have a substantial deposit to take a confident step onto the property ladder.”
