The new setup is a joint venture for the group and will be headed by Andrew Gage and Nathan Raffour, previous veterans of Y3S, who have spent several years concentrating purely on bridging and commercial finance at another brokerage.

Matt Cottle, group Director of Y3S, said:

“The pair are a respected duo in the bridging space and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and know-how.

"Having known them both for 6 years worked with them for most of that time, it is a real pleasure to have them back in the fold, doing what they do best; serving brokers and filling a gap in our product range that we have not previously explored fully.”

Director, Nathan Raffour, said:

“This new joint venture allows us to tap into a huge market using a well-known brand with deep roots in the broker to broker sector. Intermediaries will be able to earn additional income through bridging loans and commercial finance in the knowledge that a respected name is behind it.”
