Tiuta launch iphone and ipad app

The app is the first to be launched in the UK by a specialist bridging lender and offers a fast and simple way for UK finance brokers and introducers to get instant and accurate information about Tiuta’s bridging deals.

The app contains a number of unique features including:

- A simple and easy to use loan calculator enabling users to provide their clients with an indication of the costs and fees associated with a Tiuta bridging loan.

- The ability to submit an Approval in Principal immediately, cutting down the time spent completing paperwork in the office.

- A complete case-tracking system, via the Tiuta website, for users to check on how their client’s loans are proceeding.

To download the app, introducers and brokers must first register with Tiuta at: www.tiutaplc.com for its ‘Intermediary Login’. 

Following registration, users will be sent log-in and password details which will allow them to integrate with Tiuta so they are able to begin using the app immediately.

Those already registered with Tiuta can use their existing username and password to start using the app immediately.
