Specialist loans distributor adds Head of Compliance
The UK’s largest specialist loans distributor, Enterprise Finance, is pleased to announce a new addition, Jackie Steel, to its fast-growing team.
Jackie joins Enterprise Finance from specialist lender, GE Money, where she looked after the compliance monitoring team during a successful six-year period.
Jackie comes with over 20 years of financial services experience, as well as an unrivalled understanding of internal compliance across the mortgage and specialist loans markets.
Her primary role will be to navigate Enterprise Finance through consumer credit reform and the Mortgage Market Review.
Jackie Steel, Head of Compliance, Enterprise Finance, commented:
“It is a real honour to be joining the Enterprise Finance team at this strong period of growth – not just for the company, but for the secured lending market as a whole. My role will be to continue to raise awareness of compliance within the business and, moving forward, work with the staff to ensure all risks and obligations are incorporated into our plans seamlessly.”
Danny Waters, CEO, Enterprise Finance, commented:
“We are very excited to welcome Jackie to our rapidly expanding team. She brings with her a wealth of compliance experience, which will help guide Enterprise Finance through the transition from OFT to FCA regulation as well as the impending mortgage reform. Jackie will be working alongside our existing compliance team to promote a strong compliance culture within the company, which, as we grow, will be a major focus for us.”
