Paragon Mortgages’ focus on professional, portfolio landlords made it the natural choice for this award. Paragon allows landlords to hold unlimited properties in their portfolios and, at £5 million, has one of the highest maximum aggregate lending levels in the industry.
Paragon also caters for complex buy-to-let propositions, such as Houses in Multiple Occupation, Limited Companies and multi-unit lets.
John Heron, Paragon Mortgages Managing Director, says:
“Paragon‘s service is tailored towards portfolio landlords and we have developed market leading experience and expertise in this area over the years.
"Our return to new lending in 2010 gave portfolio landlords access to a lender that understands their needs and financial requirements, something that had obviously been missing from the market.
"It is therefore pleasing to be recognised by such a prestigious and highly coveted award.”
