Only Bridging and Masthaven complete near £1million loan

The case was not particularly complicated, but needed a speedy completion due to the client having to move out of their current main residence last Friday. Masthaven were presented with the case on the Tuesday from Only Bridging with a completion date just 4 days later. Valuation was instructed immediately and was back in the Mayfair based lenders offices on the Thursday morning.

Legal work was carried out with extreme precision with both the client’s solicitors and those of Masthaven working in tandem with one another to ensure nothing was left to chance. Couriers and underwriters alike worked past their contracted hours to get the paperwork in place to ensure the chain on the purchase was not broken and no one was left in the lurch.
