Montello posts fourth year of superior returns
London-based real estate financier, Montello, has now posted a fourth year of superior returns for investors.
Montello launched its first fund, the Montello Income Fund, back in early 2010. Since launching this fund, it has provided investors with a fixed return of 8.5% per annum, providing a cumulative return of 39.995%.
Montello subsequently launched the Montello Development Finance Fund, and most recently the Montello Real Estate Opportunity Fund, which was launched in conjunction with global real estate power-house CBRE.
Montello now has in excess of £100m of funds under management, and is fast becoming one of the leading real estate lenders in its market.
Managing Partner, Christian Faes, commented:
"Montello's funds have one of the best track records of any recent manager. Montello have provided investors with very consistent, superior risk adjusted returns."
Head of Montello Funds Distribution, Joseph Samuel, commented:
"Montello's track record is making it a very attractive investment proposition for investors. Investors appreciate that lending against property in the South East of England is a great asset class to have exposure to, and we provide good returns, with well managed risks."
