Masthaven upgrades online case tracker
Masthaven Secured Loans has launched the latest enhancements to its broker support service with a range of upgrades to make the management of ongoing cases easier for brokers and their clients.
Improvements include live case tracking through Masthaven’s online portal so status changes are recorded in real time; email sent automatically on receipt of application and at completion; full automation of memos coming straight from the system to enable tracking functionality; and automated commission report.
