OMS integrates with Instamo
OMS users now have access to Instamo's FastSubmit mortgage application technology.
CRM and loan origination platform, One Mortgage System (OMS), has partnered with Instamo to give users access to its FastSubmit mortgage application technology.
The integration allows brokers to populate mortgage applications in lender portals using client and case information already held within OMS, reducing the need to rekey data.
Through FastSubmit, brokers log into lender portals using their usual credentials and can review each field before submission. Existing lender controls and underwriting processes remain unchanged. This creates a more direct route from recommendation to application, helping brokers progress cases with greater accuracy and less manual administration.
Neal Jannels, managing director at One Mortgage System, commented: “The mortgage market has no shortage of technology, but adding more systems does not automatically make a broker’s job easier. The real value comes from connecting the right tools and removing unnecessary work without reducing the level of control.”
“Instamo supports that by reducing the manual input involved in moving from recommendation to application, while giving brokers the opportunity to review the information before submission. Integrating this functionality with OMS further strengthens the link between the advice and application stages and helps create a more efficient process.”
Freddie Savundra, founder at Instamo added: “It’s been great working with Neal, Dale and the whole OMS team on this integration. By bringing FastSubmit into the OMS platform, advisers can now save an average of 26 minutes per case, significantly reducing the time spent on manual data entry and helping them focus more on their clients.
“We share a common goal of making mortgage submissions simpler and more efficient, and this partnership is a great step towards achieving that. We’re excited to be working together to help advisers save valuable time, reduce administration and streamline the submission process.”
