Mortgage Brain launches new 'CRM Brain' solution for brokers
CRM Brain will sit inside Mortgage Brain Hub, the provider’s new ‘all-in-one’ mortgage technology platform.

Mortgage Brain has announced the launch of CRM Brain, a new CRM system designed specifically for mortgage brokers.
CRM Brain aims to simplify all aspects of mortgage and protection research and recommendation, with the added benefit of direct submissions of decision in principles to several lenders.
CRM Brain is a Software as a Service (SaaS) system, connecting with all other Mortgage Brain modules, ensuring data is shared automatically, securely and accurately, across the entire system.
It is accessible to brokers anytime, anywhere, and on any device with no need for additional hardware or software and provides greater flexibility and automatic updates and eliminates the need for manual data entry and re-keying client information.
The system offers a centralised dashboard for managing mortgage leads and integrates with lenders and selected third-party services for sourcing, criteria, AVMs and EPC.
It also instantly connects customers through a secure and customisable client portal for fact find information, document uploads and application tracking.
In addition, CRM Brain ensures compliance with pre-populated data fields, configurable section validation, workflows, mandated task completion, and built-in compliance checking functionality for accurate data capture and regulatory adherence.
CRM Brain will sit inside Mortgage Brain Hub, the technology provider’s new ‘all-in-one’ integrated mortgage technology platform. Existing users of The Key have started to migrate over to CRM Brain using a data migration tool to ensure a seamless transfer of client data.
