Mortgage Brain embeds LMS Select within CRM
Brokers can now request LMS Select quotes from within CRM Brain, with secure quotes returned in under 30 seconds.
Mortgage Brain has embedded the LMS conveyancing quote and instruction platform, LMS Select, directly within CRM Brain.
The tie-in enables brokers to quote, instruct and track conveyancing with no separate portal to log in to and no re-keying of client data.
The two firms first partnered in March 2023, when Mortgage Brain users gained access to LMS Select. Three years on, LMS Select now sits inside CRM Brain itself, turning what began as access to a separate platform into a fully connected part of the broker's case management.
This new integration means that brokers can now request LMS Select quotes from within CRM Brain, with secure quotes returned in under 30 seconds and displayed side-by-side so options can be compared before instructing. The integration covers purchase, remortgage, sale, and combined sale and purchase.
Once the broker has reviewed the quote and shared it with their client, they can add any relevant notes for the conveyancer, confirm the client has received the quote and send the instruction straight to LMS, all without leaving CRM Brain or re-keying client details.
When a conveyancer is instructed, CRM Brain automatically creates a linked conveyancing referral record against the relevant client requirement. This means brokers can track the referral through to completion alongside the rest of the case, rather than managing it manually or in a separate system.
Where a referral fee applies, this is also recorded against the referral and can feed directly into the firm's commission processing, giving brokers a clearer view of the revenue generated from their conveyancing referrals.
Brokers continue to benefit from access to lender approved law firms, progress updates from instruction through to completion, and dedicated support from the LMS Select team, with all this now managed from within the system brokers already use to run their cases.
Neil Wyatt, chief commercial officer at Mortgage Brain, said: "Our partnership with LMS has come a long way since 2023. What started as giving our users access to LMS Select has grown into something much more joined up, with conveyancing now built directly into CRM Brain. It shows how a partnership can mature when both sides stay focused on what brokers really need.
"Conveyancing is a critical part of getting a case over the line, and brokers can now quote, compare and instruct without ever leaving the system they're already working in, with the referral and any fee tracked automatically. We'll continue working with LMS and our other partners to bring more of the client journey together in CRM Brain."
Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, added: "When we first partnered with Mortgage Brain in 2023, we shared a goal of making the start of the conveyancing journey simpler for brokers and their clients. Embedding LMS Select within CRM Brain is the natural next step in that relationship. Brokers no longer need a separate portal to quote and instruct, which means less admin, fewer delays and a smoother journey for clients from application through to completion. We're looking forward to building on what we've achieved together."
