ModaMortgages launches new limited range with lower rates
The new range includes products suitable for single dwelling properties and HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.
ModaMortgages is launching a new limited edition range of two and five-year fixed rate buy-to-let products with rates up to 10bps lower.
The lender’s new limited edition range features two-year fixed rates from 4.14% and five-year rates from 5.04% and includes products suitable for single dwelling properties and HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.
Products are available to both individual and limited company landlords, with a variety of fee structures to choose from and no application or valuation fees across the whole range.
Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re always looking for opportunities to strengthen our proposition, so we’re delighted our new limited edition range features rates up to 10bps lower than previously.
“With rates now starting from 4.14%, alongside no application or valuation fees and support for a wide range of property types, this range offers even more reasons for brokers to take a closer look at ModaMortgages.”
