Gable Mortgages joins Twenty7tec's RESEARCH platform with zero-deposit range
Gable Mortgages offers zero-deposit mortgages at up to 100% LTV for first-time and next-time buyers purchasing new-build or standard properties.
Twenty7tec has added Gable Mortgages to its RESEARCH lender panel, giving advisers access to the lender's zero-deposit residential mortgage products and criteria within their existing sourcing workflow.
RESEARCH is used by more than 15,000 mortgage advisers daily, allowing users to begin sourcing based on product, criteria or affordability before refining and comparing options against individual client requirements. Gable's inclusion means advisers can now identify its zero-deposit proposition at the same point in that process, rather than searching for it separately.
Gable Mortgages offers residential mortgages at up to 100% LTV, aimed at borrowers who can meet monthly repayments but have been unable to accumulate a traditional deposit. Its range covers first-time and next-time buyers, including young professionals and key workers, buying new-build or standard properties.
Nakita Moss, head of lender at Twenty7tec (pictured), said: "Saving a deposit remains one of the biggest barriers to homeownership, but that does not necessarily mean a borrower cannot afford the monthly cost of a mortgage. As lenders look at different ways of addressing that gap, advisers need to be able to identify where these products may offer a viable option for the right client.
"Gable's addition to RESEARCH reflects the growing variety of approaches available in the residential market and gives advisers another option to consider when a traditional deposit is the main factor standing between an otherwise suitable borrower and homeownership."
Lisa Crane, mortgage operations director at Gable Mortgages, added: "Our launch on Twenty7tec is a significant step in expanding broker access to our zero-deposit mortgage, making it easier for advisers to find and assess customer eligibility.
"By addressing a key barrier for customers who can afford mortgage repayments but struggle to save a deposit, we are giving advisers using Twenty7tec a compelling new way to help more people get onto the property ladder."
