Foundation has announced a series of enhancements across its residential and buy-to-let ranges.

The changes include the launch of two new buy-to-let F1 limited edition remortgage-only products at 75% LTV. Foundation has also reduced rates across selected 90% LTV residential products.

The new buy-to-let products include a two-year fixed rate at 4.99% with a 4% fee and a five-year fix at 5.84% with a 5% fee. Both products come with a free standard valuation, £250 cashback and no application fee.

In its residential range, selected 90% LTV rates have reduced by 0.20%, including two and five-year fixed rates in its F1 range, with rates now starting from 7.09% and 7.29% respectively. Both products are available with no fee.

In addition, F1 key worker two and five-year fixed rate products at 90% LTV have reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates now at 7.19% and 7.39%.

Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation, commented: "Following a period of greater market stability, we're pleased to be enhancing both our buy-to-let and residential propositions with a range of new product options and rate reductions.

"The introduction of our new limited edition remortgage only buy-to-let products provides brokers with even more choice for landlord clients, particularly those looking to remortgage, while our latest residential rate reductions strengthen our support for borrowers purchasing with smaller deposits.

"As market conditions continue to evolve, it's important that we offer competitive solutions backed by the service, flexibility and manual underwriting that brokers value. These latest changes further strengthen our proposition across both buy-to-let and residential lending, helping brokers meet a wider range of client needs and continuing our focus on making mortgages happen."
