The intermediaries were asked whether, when choosing a bridging finance provider, quality and reliability of service was as important as the pricing structure - and the answer was, with a majority of 68.4% of the votes, a resounding 'Yes'.
The full results are as follows:
Is quality and reliability of service as important as pricing when choosing a bridging finance provider?
- Yes 68.42%
- No 6.89%
- Sometimes 14.69%
Tomer Aboody, a Director of MT Finance, commented on the results:
“The result is consistent with our expectations. We find that experienced brokers are far more focused on service, reliability, and performance than on pricing alone. At MTF our focus on consistently delivering the best service standards in the industry is behind all of our successful relationships.”
