Armalytix has announced the launch of its 'Complete Compliance Bundles', which aim to streamline processes and strengthen trust across the full property transaction chain.

The new solutions enable firms to combine bundles of digital ID, source of funds, AML, fraud and affordability checks into a single, structured journey that meet the specific needs of home movers at different stages of the process.

The launch reflects a growing shift across the property market towards more coordinated financial verification, as firms face increasing regulatory scrutiny, operational pressure, and the need to reduce delays and fall-throughs.

While compliance checks are essential, they are often fragmented across multiple parties, with home movers asked to provide the same information several times through different systems. This duplication can slow transactions and increase the risk of inconsistency across the chain.

Complete Compliance Bundles address this by providing a single, encoded digital journey for home movers, replacing multiple forms, emails, and requests.

By consolidating checks into one structured process, it enables estate agents, brokers, lenders and conveyancers to work from a consistent foundation of verified information.

The launch builds on Armalytix’s work in conveyancing to support the full property transaction chain, enabling earlier, more connected financial verification across estate agency, mortgage, and lending workflows.

Alex Mangan, head of sales at Armalytix, said: “Property professionals are under pressure to keep transactions moving, while home movers are often asked for the same information multiple times. That creates frustration on both sides. Complete Compliance is about simplifying that experience, giving firms a clearer, more structured way to verify transactions, and making the process easier for the people going through it.”
