YBS Commercial appoints two new relationship directors
The lender has increased broker support in the Midlands and South East.

YBS Commercial Mortgages has recruited two new relationship directors, with Andrew Oguzie joining the Midlands team and Andy Buss the South East team.
Andrew is a qualified mortgage adviser and has been in the industry for over 10 years. He also has experience as an underwriter and business development manager.
Andy has significant experience of working with brokers and clients across the sector, including on residential, mixed use and commercial deals, as well as a wealth of knowledge of delivering large portfolio refinancing.
Andrew said: “I look forward to playing my part in the growth of the business at an exciting point in its development, delivering consistent first-class service and exceeding client expectations.”
Andy commented: “I’m excited to be joining a well-established commercial lender, helping the business to deliver on its growth ambitions and expanding my network along the way.”
