Vida launches £1,250 cashback offer
The initiative is designed to support first-time buyers with upfront costs such as moving expenses, white goods, or furnishing their first home.
Vida has unveiled a new cashback package across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges.
Leading the charge is a £1,250 cashback available on residential products over 90% LTV, including its 3&Easy 97% LTV product.
In addition, Vida is offering £500 cashback on selected residential products at 75% LTV, across all tiers, and £500 cashback on selected buy-to-let products at 75% LTV on Vida 36, covering standard, HMO/MUB, expat, and the full fee saver range.
Vida has recently made enhancements to affordability and loan-to-income ratios, offering up to 7x income for applicants earning £60,000+ per annum, available up to 90% LTV.
