VAS appoints relationship manager in raft of new hires
VAS says it has seen a rise in non-standard valuation requests.

Valuation panel management firm, VAS, has announced six new appointments to its team.
Joe Bates and Sarah Walker join as quotes executives, and Jemma Nicholson and Antonia Hope have been appointed as compliance executives.
The growing quotes and compliance departments both deal directly with brokers, lenders, and valuers to facilitate a smooth valuation pipeline.
Gabrielle Lane is the latest addition to the facilities department, and Jackie Lockett joins VAS as executive assistant.
VAS has also announced the creation of a client relationship manager role. Sophie Flush, who has been at VAS for almost three years, has been promoted to take up this role to enhance communication and implement feedback from lenders and brokers.
VAS says it has witnessed not only a significant increase in the volume of quotes it handles daily, but a rise in non-standard valuation requests that require expert attention. Sophie will ensure that when dealing with these more complex cases, dialogue is kept open with brokers and lenders.
Natalie Benson, operations director at VAS, commented: “These recent appointments are hugely exciting for VAS. Growth has been rapid, and we are proud to be able to attract brilliant new talent to ensure our clients’ needs are not just met but exceeded.
“Now standing at over 60 staff, we’re delighted to convey to the market the depth of the organisational processes that are in place to ensure we handle each and every case with the utmost diligence for successful outcomes.
“Our motto of ‘panel management, powered by people’ has never been truer, and we see the investment in the team as an added declaration of our commitment to service.”
