TMW cuts buy-to-let rates by up to 0.55%
Rates now start from 3.59%.

The Mortgage Works is reducing rates by up to 0.55% across selected buy-to-let products for new and existing customers.
Available from tomorrow, the lowest available rate is a two-year fixed rate at 3.59%, available for remortgage or switching up to 65% LTV with a 3% fee.
For new customers remortgaging, a two-year fix with a £3,995 fee has reduced by 25bps to 3.84% at 65% LTV, while a five-year fix with a 3% fee at 75% LTV is down to 3.79%.
Other switcher buy-to-let rates reductions include three and five-year fixed rates, both available at 3.74% up to 65% LTV with a 3% fee.
A two-year fixed rate switcher product at 65% LTV has reduced by 0.55% to 3.84% with a £3,995 fee.
