TMW cuts buy-to-let rates by up to 0.55%
Rates now start from 3.59%.

The Mortgage Works is reducing rates by up to 0.55% across selected buy-to-let products for new and existing customers.
Available from tomorrow, the lowest available rate is a two-year fixed rate at 3.59%, available for remortgage or switching up to 65% LTV with a 3% fee.
For new customers remortgaging, a two-year fix with a £3,995 fee has reduced by 25bps to 3.84% at 65% LTV, while a five-year fix with a 3% fee at 75% LTV is down to 3.79%.
Other switcher buy-to-let rates reductions include three and five-year fixed rates, both available at 3.74% up to 65% LTV with a 3% fee.
A two-year fixed rate switcher product at 65% LTV has reduced by 0.55% to 3.84% with a £3,995 fee.
Joe Avarne, senior manager at The Mortgage Works, said: “We are making further rate cuts to ensure that The Mortgage Works continues to be front of mind for new and existing customers when they are coming to the end of their current deal.”
