Colin Sanders, chief executive officer of Omni Capital, said:
"It gives us great pleasure to welcome Y3S Bridging & Commercial as a valued preferred packager partner.
"While we are both relatively fresh entrants to the bridging market, our specialist teams are steeped in experience and embrace a common objective of building a long-term partnership built on shared values.
"Through our partnership, Omni Capital is gaining a new and valuable distribution channel. Underpinned by Y3S's premier packaging expertise, we are confident it will attract a great deal of interest from introducers keen to tap into the many attractive alternative lending opportunities on offer."
Y3S Bridging & Commercial Sales Director, Nathan Raffour, comments:
"We are absolutely delighted to be selected as a preferred partner of Omni Capital. Y3S Bridging & Commercial has only been trading since March this year but has firmly established itself as an exciting new packager in the short-term market building on an established intermediary brand.
“Colin and his team are clearly focussed on becoming premier players in the bridging space and bring with them a wealth of knowledge. The two businesses complement each other and we are looking forward to a great working relationship."
