Masthaven appoints new directors from Shawbrook Bank
Masthaven Bank has appointed three new senior staff members across its mortgage and savings divisions to help support product growth and digital and emerging technologies research.

David Kennedy will become Masthaven's lending operations director, joining from Shawbrook Bank where he was director of operations.
Mark Evans also leaves his role as head of product management at Shawbrook to become Masthaven's product director.
Baris Aksoy joins the lender as data protection officer, with previous experience as an information governance subject matter expert at the NHS.
The challenger bank has also announced that internally, Al Southall will take up the newly established role of chief technology officer and Simon Furnell will become chief operating officer with responsibilities for product development, the post origination servicing of loans, operations and retail savings.
