Goldsmith Williams launches dedicated Precise bridging team
Goldsmith Williams has announced the launch of a dedicated bridging team for Precise Mortgages with the appointment of Tara McDermott and Emma Lynch as Team Precise Bridging.

Eddie Goldsmith commented: “We have had the privilege of working with Precise Mortgages since they launched. When Precise were looking to offer a bridging proposition we were appointed their preferred panel law firm and although this panel has been recently extended due to their continued success we remain a very important panel partner for Precise.
"We realise that with more competition in the market we need to continue to look how to build on our own proposition and that is why we have today launched a dedicated bridging team. Tara and Emma are well known to Precise having working with them from day one and as a dedicated team they will now be able to add to the service proposition by offering their unique customer service qualities and experience to all brokers.
"Bridging is by its very nature a specialist service and requires not only highly developed legal skills but also good communication skills. Their experience coupled with access to our unique real time portal GWlive will allow us to improve our service and work as a team with our introducers.”
Gareth Lewis, Director of Bridging Finance at Precise, added: “Goldsmith Williams has always stood for professionalism and a dedication to looking after our interests. In the competitive bridging market our lawyers now have to add more than just legal skills, and having worked with Tara and Emma before I am delighted that they will be working with our brokers more closely. This can only be good news for our introducers and us as the lender."
