The event, which includes opportunities to meet with lenders in a series of round table presentations, as well as discussing individual cases, is being supported by Kent Reliance – specialists in BTL, National Counties Building Society – specialists in lending into retirement, Precise Mortgages – specialists in near prime and self employed, Prestige Finance – specialists in secured loans, and Shawbrook Bank – specialists in bridging and commercial finance.
A UK exclusive presentation will also be given by Twenty7Tec, the mortgage sourcing software company, who launched its Mortgage Source sourcing system with Complete FS in April and is available free of charge for all of Complete’s intermediary partners and networks.
According to Director, Tony Salentino, the event is designed to provide local advisers with more knowledge of the specialist lending market and the technology tools which can help provide optimum service to their clients.
He said:
“We have brought together some of the best and biggest specialist lenders in the UK, covering a broad depth of specialist lending. The intention is to highlight the opportunities to advisers for the growing number of cases, which do not fit the high street template. On top of that, we are demonstrating our new Mortgage Source system, which we believe is the most accurate sourcing facility in the UK. So if you want to see the best in specialist lending, how it can benefit your clients and how technology can further enhance your service offering, please go to our website and register yourself in as spaces are limited.”
