"We are very pleased to bring David Winter on board to complement and enhance our ever growing Bridging and Commercial proposition."
David has worked with a number of large banking groups including HSBC, Lloyds, Bank of Ireland, Close Brothers as well as the Birmingham Midshires Building Society. David commented: “It’s great to become part of an innovative group dedicated to helping the introducer, and the plans that Sam Kirtikar and the team have for the business going forward can only serve to delight the brokers we support, and something I am very excited to be involved with.”
Sonny Gosai, Head of Specialist Lending, said: “Clever Lending are emerging within the bridging and commercial sector and there is a huge appetite amongst introducing brokers and their clients for commercial lending. We are very pleased to bring David Winter on board to complement and enhance our ever growing Bridging and Commercial proposition.
